1. Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed after 2 PM IST or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification containing your tracking details.
2. Shipping & Delivery Timelines
- Within Gujarat: 2–4 business days
- Rest of India: 4–7 business days
- Remote Locations: Up to 10 business days
Please note: Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: On all prepaid orders above ₹499 within India.
- Standard Shipping Fee: A nominal charge may apply for orders below ₹499 or for certain remote delivery locations.
- Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you make your payment.
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email or phone number.
- You can use this link to check the real-time delivery status of your order.
5. Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate and complete at the time of placing the order.
- Dr. Francia will not be responsible for non-delivery or delays due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
- If an order is returned due to incorrect address information, re-shipping charges may apply.
6. Damaged or Missing Packages
- If your order arrives damaged, tampered, or partially missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at care@drfrancia.com with clear photos of the packaging and product.
- We will investigate and take appropriate action as per our Return & Refund Policy.
7. Delivery Partners
We work with trusted third-party courier services to ensure reliable and timely delivery across India.
However, we are not liable for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control, such as:
- Weather conditions
- Strikes or natural disasters
- Pandemic-related restrictions
8. International Shipping
At present, Dr. Francia ships orders within India only.
We are working to expand our delivery network internationally in the near future.
9. Undelivered or Refused Shipments
If a shipment is undelivered due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept the package:
- The order will be marked as “Returned to Origin” (RTO) by the courier.
- A re-shipping charge may be applicable if you request delivery again.
- Refunds for such orders will be processed after deducting shipping and handling charges (if applicable).
