1. Order Processing

  • Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Cut-off Times: Orders placed after 2:00 PM (IST) or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Notifications: Once your face serums have been dispatched from our facility, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification containing your tracking details.

2. Shipping & Delivery Timelines

Delivery times are approximate and depend on your location. Standard timelines are as follows:

  • Within Gujarat: 2 to 4 business days

  • Rest of India: 4 to 7 business days

  • Remote Locations: Up to 10 business days

Please note: While we strive for timely deliveries, timelines may occasionally vary due to external factors such as courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499 within India.

  • Standard Shipping Fee: A nominal shipping charge applies to orders below ₹499 or for specific remote delivery PIN codes.

  • All applicable shipping charges will be clearly calculated and displayed at checkout before you finalize your payment.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email address or phone number. You can use this secure link to check the real-time delivery status and estimated arrival date of your package.

5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address, PIN code, and contact details are 100% accurate and complete at the time of checkout. Dr. Francia will not be held responsible for non-delivery, lost packages, or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping charges may apply.

6. Damaged or Missing Packages

Your skincare is packed with the utmost care. However, if your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or is partially missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Email us at care@drfrancia.com with clear photos of the outer packaging, the shipping label, and the damaged product. We will investigate the issue immediately and take appropriate action as per our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Delivery Partners

We partner with trusted, top-tier third-party courier services to ensure reliable delivery across India. However, we are not liable for transit delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, or government-mandated restrictions.

8. International Shipping

At present, Dr. Francia ships orders within India only. We are actively working to expand our logistics network and hope to offer international shipping in the near future.

9. Undelivered or Refused Shipments

If a shipment is undelivered due to customer unavailability, an incorrect address, or a refusal to accept the package, the courier will mark the order as “Returned to Origin” (RTO).

  • If you request to have the RTO package delivered again, a re-shipping charge will be applicable.

  • If you request a refund for an RTO order, the refund will be processed after deducting the initial shipping and handling charges.
